Noah was first to start dying his eggs. Very typical fashion - dunk, soak, done! Then the trouble began...
A ton of though was being put into everyone's eggs. Not only was dye available for decorating purposes, but crayons, candles (for wax), paint brushes, Q-tips, glitter, and toothpicks were brought out. So unlike any egg-dying experience I've ever had. Of course, being a craft lover, I jumped at the chance to explore my creative side.
Here are a few of the results...
A cupcake egg (with pink frosting and sprinkles)
A chick, a strawberry with a worm eating it...
A very surprised egg...
A globe... made dimensional with wax. (Everyone picked on Mike that this wasn't spacially accurate. Poor Mike.)
A hot air balloon complete with people (Uncle Will had fun!)
And finally, everyone's finished products. Fifty nine eggs in all!
Happy Easter!
Love the Easter egg dying, painting, waxing... Very cute and creative!
